The prices applied on our online store are "internet prices", they may be different from the prices on our exhibitions, or during "private sales", and can be subject to change, especially during sales periods.
You can benefit from our promotions and special offers, which change once a month (see in the promotions section, promo codes in the cart, or subscribe to our newsletter). Promo codes are subject to availability and may be deactivated during sales and reactivated afterward.

VAT is not applicable according to article 293B of the CGI.

For heavy or bulky parcels, an additional delivery fee may be required.
It may occasionally happen that I am away and unable to ship parcels on a daily basis. If this delay lasts more than 24 or 48 hours, a message will be posted on the homepage carousel and on the Facebook page to inform you.
PAYMENT
Minimum order 8 euros.
You can pay for your orders by:

- Personal bank check, for residents in France only.
- Cash, Moneygram or Western Union mandate.
- Cash on the exhibitions, or in the city of Balma, France.

CLAIMS, EXCHANGES
The return of goods is possible within 14 days after receiving of your order.
Item(s) must be returned intact (unworn, unwashed) to the following address:
ARASIA-SHOP, 3 rue Jacques Delors, appt D1-10, 31130 BALMA, FRANCE
Upon receipt, we will refund the value of the item(s) returned (excluding shipping costs), in the form of a voucher. You can also request a refund by cb refund, bank transfer or paypal.
We are not responsible for loss or deterioration of your package by postal services or other carriers. If your package is lost or damaged, you must make the complaint directly to the carrier. Do not sign the delivery receipt if the package is visibly damaged.
In the event of a defective item or error on our part, we will offer you an exchange or replacement of the product free of charge.
