Sit on a chair, armchair, or sofa with both feet firmly planted on the ground (flat). You can also stand or sit cross-legged on the floor.

To measure a person's vibrational rate, position your pendulum at the center of the Bovis chart and ask out loud "what is the vibrational rate of NAME, SURNAME."
