1. Measurements & colors

Our items are handmade, so dimensions and shades may slightly vary. These variations reflect the authenticity of traditional craftsmanship.

2. Clothing

Please choose the correct size: exchanges cost between €5 and €8 (except in case of our error). Measurements are taken flat — multiply by two to get the full circumference.

3. Orders & gift wrapping

If you order gift wrapping, please specify your preferences (all together or separately). You can also contact us to choose your preferred wrapping paper.

4. Small manufacturing imperfections

Each piece is unique: slight irregularities due to natural materials (wood, stones, fabrics) are a sign of authenticity.

5. Address & delivery

Please ensure your address is complete and that your name appears on the mailbox. If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete address, reshipping costs €8. Add our email address to your contacts to make sure you receive our messages properly.

6. Care instructions

Natural colors may bleed during the first wash. Wash separately at 30 °C or 40 °C, or by hand. To fix the colors, soak for one hour in cold water with a little vinegar or salt.

Avoid tumble drying and direct sunlight. Air-dry in the shade. Tip: iron garments inside out to extend their lifespan.
