How to use your pendulum?
Sit in a chair, couch, or sofa with both feet firmly anchored to the floor (lying down). You can also sit cross-legged on the floor.
Hold your pendulum between your thumb and forefinger (right hand for right-handed people, left hand for left-handed people) and raise your hand so that the pendulum is at the level of your heart, your hand is placed at eye level, about 8 to 10 inches from your face. The elbow is raised almost to the level of the hand. Your arm and hand are still and relaxed.
First, you need to set a code with your pendulum. For example, when it turns clockwise, it is YES; and the opposite is NO.
This code is personal and may vary from person to person. To determine this code, start by asking aloud "give me a YES" and "give me a NO". Do this several times to make sure of your code. There may be some doubts, especially when you are new to this practice.
Once the code is set, you can start asking questions (answer YES or NO). You must say your question loudly and clearly and unequivocally. Try to ask simple questions. Sometimes it is necessary to ask the same question multiple times.
Imagine that you are talking to someone who is far away on the phone and the line is scrambled. In reality, you are talking to your subconscious, which knows much more than your conscious Self, and it is your subconscious that responds to you through the pendulum.
You can also use drawn or printed materials, such as the Bovis plate, a geographical map, the plan of a place (when looking for an object, for example), a calendar, the alphabet, etc ...
To measure the vibrational frequency of a person, place your pendulum in the center of the Bovis board and ask aloud "what is the vibrational frequency of NOM, PRENOM". The pendulum will start to swing and tell you the value (on average, a healthy human being has a vibration between 8,000 and 10,000 Bovis units).
These tips are indicative, do not hesitate to adapt them according to your feelings. And keep in mind that pendulum responses are never certainties.
