Take care of your fingers by massaging them regularly with our massage rings: just slide the ring on each finger, one or more times a day.
These massage rings are YIN, perfect for a first use of massage ring. They are less tight, and more relaxing than YANG rings. It is advisable to use them morning and evening.
USER MANUAL :
Slide the ring on each finger, one after the other, starting with the left thumb (heart side) and ending with the right thumb.
Perform back and forth movements on each finger for one or two minutes (total time for both hands).
Then remove the ring (do not keep it on your finger so as not to impede blood circulation).
You can also use it on the toes! We recommend that you use a different color for finger and toe ring (for hygiene reasons).
